These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the user (“you”, “your”) and Sarmat, located at Office 1001, Al Matar Business Center, Ibis Hotel, Al Rigga Road, Deira, Dubai, UAE (“Sarmat”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), governing your access to and use of the website https://sarmat.ae and all associated services, platforms, and applications.

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.

You accept this Agreement by:

• Clicking to accept or agree where such option is made available.
• Using or accessing any part of our services.
• Registering an account with Sarmat.

If you are acting on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

Sarmat provides professional services including but not limited to education, consulting, analytics, digital products, and events. The exact nature of each service is outlined in the respective service description on our website. All services are subject to availability, updates, and modifications.

Some services may be offered as beta versions. Beta features are offered as-is, with no warranty. Participation in beta testing is voluntary, and feedback may be used to improve services. Beta features may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

You agree not to:

• Use services for unlawful purposes.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the services without express permission.
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the services.
• Attempt unauthorized access to services, systems, or networks.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You shall not misuse the services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, or infringes the rights of others.

Our services may integrate with third-party applications. Your use of such third-party applications is subject to their respective terms of use. Sarmat is not responsible for any data loss or issues arising from third-party integrations.

Fees and subscription terms are listed on the website or provided via quotation. By subscribing, you agree to pay all charges as per the chosen plan. Sarmat reserves the right to change pricing at any time.

Where services are used by organizations, the designated admin shall manage account users. The admin is responsible for user roles, permissions, and overall compliance with this Agreement.

Our Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of personal data. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

By creating an account or using our services, you agree to receive communications from us, including marketing, service updates, and administrative notices. You may opt out of non-essential communications.

All complaints or disputes must be submitted via email to [email protected]. We will respond in a timely manner and seek amicable resolution where possible.

Sarmat reserves the right to suspend or delete inactive accounts after prolonged periods of inactivity, generally 12 months, without prior notice.

You retain ownership of all data you input into our systems. By submitting data, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and display it as necessary for service delivery.

Your data may be hosted on secure servers, including third-party data centers. Sarmat takes appropriate security measures to protect data but is not liable for data breaches caused by third-party hosting providers.

You are solely responsible for any content submitted by you. Sarmat does not pre-screen content but reserves the right to remove any material that violates this Agreement or applicable laws.

Sample files and applications are provided for demonstration or testing only. They are not to be used in production environments. Sarmat disclaims liability for outcomes based on sample usage.

“Sarmat” and associated logos are trademarks owned by us. You agree not to use our marks without prior written consent. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Sarmat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 6 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sarmat and its affiliates, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of this Agreement or violation of any law.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai’s civil courts.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for breach of this Agreement, illegal conduct, or failure to pay fees. Termination may result in loss of data.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on our website. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Sarmat regarding our services and supersedes all prior agreements. If any part of this Agreement is held invalid, the remaining sections shall continue in full force.
