This website is the case study. It was built and is run on exactly the system taught in this course, by one person who is not a marketer, with no agency, no content team and no SEO consultant on retainer. Everything below is checkable from where you're sitting — so check it.
165 English pages and 166 Russian ones, most of them published in the last six months. Not spun duplicates — separate, intent-mapped pages. Open the sitemap.
An interactive eligibility checker that earns traffic and captures the lead in one asset. You'll learn how to scope one for your business in Module 7. Try it.
Schema on every page, meta budgets respected, clean canonicals and hreflang, an RSS feed and an llms.txt. No developer was hired for any of it. Read llms.txt.
What we won't put on this page: traffic screenshots, growth percentages or income claims. Percentage growth on a young site looks spectacular and can mean very little in absolute terms, and a number published on a sales page invites you to go and check it. So we'll show you the live analytics panel on a call instead, and let you judge it yourself.
ChatGPT will write you a hundred blog posts tonight. Search engines will ignore all hundred. The difference isn't the prompt — it's what you set up before the prompt. Same topic, same model, both of these took under a minute:
"In today's fast-paced business landscape, setting up a company in Dubai has never been easier. Dubai offers a wide range of options for entrepreneurs looking to establish their presence in this vibrant hub. With its strategic location and business-friendly environment, the possibilities are truly endless. Let's dive in!"
"A mainland licence costs more up front than a free-zone one, and it is still the right choice if you sell to UAE government entities or need a physical shop. Free zone wins on cost and on 100% ownership of a service business. If you can't say which of those describes you, that is the question to settle before you compare prices."
A course built around one product is stale the moment that product changes its pricing, its limits or its model — and they all do. So you'll work hands-on with more than one, and you'll learn the method underneath, which doesn't move.
Anthropic's terminal agent. Reads your instruction files, works across a whole site, and runs multi-step jobs unattended.
The same class of tool from the other side of the market. Taught side by side so you can see what transfers and what doesn't.
Editor-based assistants, for people who would rather see the file they're changing than talk to a terminal.
The chat assistants you already have. Where they're genuinely better than an agent, and where they quietly aren't.
Both, because in this market half the demand is Russian-language. Reading them is Module 9 and it's where most people quit.
Twelve months of updates and a cohort group chat, so the tool churn is our problem to track, not yours.
The honest version: the tools are roughly interchangeable and getting more so. The configuration you put around them is not. That's why nine of the ten modules would still be true if every tool on this page were replaced tomorrow.
We open by telling you what AI genuinely cannot do. Unselling early is the cheapest credibility available, and it means you find out in Module 1 whether this was a mistake — not in month three.
What search actually rewards, what AI genuinely cannot do, and the honest ceiling of the method. We open by unselling.
Instruction files, brand voice, tone rules, banned words, approved fact sources, one-place-per-fact discipline. This is why your output stops being generic.
Hub-and-spoke structure, sector and service pages, search-intent mapping. Why one hub plus eight sector pages beats fifty scattered blog posts — and how to plan a year of content in an afternoon.
Brief, draft, fact gate, meta, internal links, publish. Repeatable, documented, and delegatable to a junior or an assistant.
Never inventing statistics, dating discipline on cited data, credential honesty, citation floors, review gates before anything goes live. Reputational and legal risk management — owners feel this one.
Meta title and description budgets, indexing, sitemaps, schema, page speed. No developer required, no jargon, a checklist you can run monthly.
The interactive tool play — a calculator or scorecard that earns traffic and captures the lead in one asset. We built one. We show exactly how, and scope one for your business.
Running a bilingual site — English plus Russian, or plus Arabic — without doubling the work or the budget. Immediately relevant in this market and almost never taught.
What to look at at 30, 90 and 180 days. What is signal, what is noise, what to stop doing. The module that stops you quitting in month two, which is when almost everyone quits.
Scheduled checks, weekly quality sweeps, drift audits, catching stale facts before a client does. The "it keeps running without you" close — and the reason the system survives a busy month.
Specifically: you're paying for marketing, you're receiving reports, you can't tell whether any of it is working, and you have no way to judge the work. That's not a skills problem. It's a control problem.
You sell something considered, the buying cycle is long, and inbound would compound if you had any. You want the outcome and the control, not a new hobby.
Ask your agency which page brought your last client. If the answer takes more than a sentence, you're the person this was written for.
You've decided content belongs inside the business. You need a system someone junior can run, not a consultant you'll depend on again in six months.
If you're still reading, it's probably for you.
There is no cut-down tier and no upsell waiting at the end. You get the whole system, built with you, and twelve months of updates so it doesn't rot when the tools move.
Ten modules, live, in a small group
Enrol with confidence. A full refund is available within 24 hours of payment and before the cohort starts — or transfer your seat to a later cohort free of charge. See our refund policy.
Cohort sizes are deliberately small and dates are limited, because the sessions are taught by the operator who built the system rather than by a hired trainer. Message us for the next available dates.
Price is per participant and includes all materials. This programme is not currently KHDA-certified; participants receive a Sarmat Certificate of Completion. Several other Sarmat programmes are KHDA-certified.
A recorded-only course at this price is a hard sell and goes stale in nine months. Live cohort, a group chat and twelve months of updates are what make the price defensible — and what protect you when the tools change.
If the answer takes more than a sentence, you already know why this page exists. The next cohort is small and the dates are limited — ask what's open.
A configured system, not notes. By the end you have your own instruction files and brand-voice rules, an approved fact-source list, a topic map for the next year of content, a documented brief-to-publish pipeline, your accuracy and review gates, and a monthly technical-SEO checklist. All of it written for your business, built during the sessions, and yours to keep.
No, but you do need to be willing to touch a keyboard and work in plain text files. There is no programming in the course. You'll edit configuration and instruction files, which look like documents, not code. If you refuse to open a text editor, this course isn't for you and we'd rather tell you now.
It is deliberately not a single-vendor course. You'll work hands-on with at least two agentic tools — Claude Code and OpenAI Codex — plus chat assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, and editor-based tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot. The method is the constant and the tools are interchangeable. That's the point: when a vendor changes its pricing or its model, your system keeps running.
Prompt packs sell you the last five percent. This course is about the setup that happens before the first prompt — instruction files, brand voice, banned language, approved fact sources, one-place-per-fact discipline and accuracy gates. That configuration is the entire difference between AI content that ranks and AI content search engines ignore, and it's the part that can't be screenshotted off a video.
The setup is the heavy part and it's front-loaded into the cohort. After that the system is designed to be run in a few hours a week by one person, and it's deliberately built to be handed to a junior or an assistant. The owner designs it once and then stops being the bottleneck.
Months, not weeks. SEO compounds slowly and anyone promising results in thirty days is selling you something else. Module 1 sets that expectation honestly before you pay, and Module 9 tells you what to look for at 30, 90 and 180 days so you can tell real progress from noise. If you need customers next week, buy ads instead — we'll say so on the call.
They will, which is why the course is tool-agnostic and why enrolment includes twelve months of updates plus access to the cohort group chat. When a major tool or model shifts, you get the revised material rather than a course that quietly went stale.
Yes, and that's the intended end state. The pipeline is documented specifically so it can be delegated. We recommend the owner attends the cohort, because the judgement calls about voice, claims and priorities are yours, and then hands the running of it to someone else.
Yes. Module 8 covers running a bilingual site — English plus Russian, or plus Arabic — without doubling the work or the budget. It's immediately relevant in this market and almost nobody teaches it. Sarmat's own site runs in two languages on exactly this method.
Not currently. Participants receive a Sarmat Certificate of Completion. Several other Sarmat programmes — including the Certified PRO Program and UAE Labour Law Training — are KHDA-certified, and we're not going to claim it for this one until it's true.
A full refund is available within 24 hours of payment and before the cohort starts, or you can transfer your seat to a later cohort free of charge. Before that point, the "This is not for you if…" section above is there to talk you out of it honestly — we'd rather do that on a call than take a payment we have to refund. If you're unsure whether your business is a fit, message us and describe it.
