This course is designed for people who need practical, usable knowledge of UAE visa processing rather than guesswork. It explains how visa categories, labor permissions, medical steps, Emirates ID, status changes, renewals, and immigration actions connect inside one real operational flow.
The focus is on helping you understand the logic of the system: what authority is involved, when each step happens, what to expect from the sequence, and where common mistakes or delays usually come from.
How MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Tasheel, Amer, Tawjeeh, and ILOE fit into visa and labor workflows
How new work permits, visa applications, status changes, renewals, and cancellations are typically sequenced
How medical, Emirates ID, visa stamping, reports, and supporting tasks connect to the main visa journey
How to read the process with more confidence before submitting, following up, or escalating a case
The course is structured around the two operational areas that shape most real visa-processing work in the UAE.

One-day intensive workshop, in-person at Sarmat's Dubai office. Approximately 6 hours of training including walkthroughs, real case examples, and Q&A.
Every participant receives a Sarmat completion certificate. KHDA attestation is available on request for a small additional fee — useful when you need formal regulatory recognition for HR records or visa applications.
Yes. The course assumes no prior PRO background. We start with how UAE visa authorities are structured (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP) and build up to specific workflows step-by-step.
We walk through the logic of each portal and show what each step looks like in practice. Hands-on portal access during the workshop depends on your existing credentials, but you will leave knowing exactly what each portal is used for and how cases move through them.
The Visa Course is a focused one-day deep dive on visa and work-permit workflows. The Certified PRO Officer Program is a 3-day KHDA-certified program covering visa workflows plus licensing, Emirates ID, labour law, and document attestation, with 3 months of mentorship — intended for people who want the full PRO career path.
The standard format is in-person in Dubai. Online sessions can be arranged for groups of 4 or more on request — contact us for scheduling.
The course teaches the underlying process logic, not just the current screen flow. When authorities update their workflows, the structure stays the same and you'll know how to adapt. Major regulation changes are also shared with past participants.
You leave with reference checklists for each major visa type, sample document templates (NOCs, labour contracts, visa applications), and a printed UAE visa workflow map covering MOHRE, GDRFA, and ICP touchpoints.
