This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the conditions
under which refunds and cancellations may be
requested and granted by Sarmat (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”),
headquartered at Office 1001, Al Matar Business
Center, Ibis Hotel, Al Rigga Road, Deira, Dubai, UAE. This policy
applies to all users, students, or clients (“you” or
“your”) purchasing our services, digital products, physical items,
memberships, events, or online courses via our
website (https://sarmat.ae), payment gateways, or
directly through our representatives.
By initiating a purchase with us, you confirm that you have read,
understood, and agreed to this Policy. This Policy is
governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab
Emirates (UAE).
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted only under the following circumstances:
A written refund request is submitted within the designated time
frame.
The course has not yet commenced.
Enrollment processing has not begun.
Services or products purchased were not delivered or activated as
promised.
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
Personal reasons.
Visa issues or immigration-related matters.
Dissatisfaction with course content post-commencement.
Misunderstanding or failure to read the policy.
Timeframe for Requesting a Refund
Refunds must be requested within 24 hours of the original payment to be
eligible for a full refund. Requests made after
this period may not be entertained or may be subject to additional
deductions or denial.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund request, the user must email [email protected]
with a
clear explanation of the reason for the refund,
a copy of the payment receipt, and any additional documentation
requested by our support team. Upon review, if the request meets our
refund eligibility criteria, it will
be approved and processed within 10–15 business days.
Deductions from Refunds
Any applicable payment gateway or website administrative fees, typically
ranging between 1% and 2%, will be deducted
from the total refund amount. These charges are imposed by third-party
processors and are non-refundable.
Refund Rejections
Refunds will be denied under the following conditions:
Course or service has already started.
Enrollment processing has begun.
Requests are made after the allowable timeframe.
Request due to dissatisfaction arising from personal expectations
not met.
Duplicate requests or refund abuse.
Visa and Immigration Issues
Sarmat is not responsible for any visa denials or immigration-related
issues. Refunds will not be issued on the basis of
visa problems, delays, or refusals. It is the student’s responsibility
to obtain the required permissions or visas in
advance.
Personal Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted due to changes in personal circumstances,
including but not limited to:
Change in work schedule
Illness
Family matters
Change of mind
Commencement of Course or Service
No refunds will be issued once the course or service has officially
commenced. A course is considered commenced once
access credentials are shared, materials are distributed, or any
module/session begins.
Enrollment Processing
Enrollment begins when documentation is reviewed and processed or course
access is granted. No refund will be
entertained post-enrollment initiation.
24-Hour Full Refund Window
A full refund will be available within 24 hours of payment, provided
none of the following actions have occurred:
Access to course material is granted
Enrollment processing has begun
Service delivery has commenced
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days. Processing
times may vary depending on the original
payment method used and the issuing bank.
Original Payment Method
Refunds will only be made to the original method of payment. No
exceptions will be made. If the original payment method
is no longer available, proof of closure and official replacement
details must be provided.
Cancellation Fees
Where applicable, cancellation fees may be deducted from the total
amount refunded. Such fees will be communicated at
the time of cancellation and are dependent on the service, product, or
program enrolled.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted under exceptional cases subject to Company
discretion. This applies where:
A bundled product/service was purchased and part of it was not
delivered.
The service was not utilized beyond a minimal engagement level.
Access to digital content was revoked within the first module.
Course Materials
Fees associated with course materials, whether physical or digital, are
non-refundable if accessed or shipped. In the
event of damaged physical course materials, replacements may be sent
without additional cost subject to investigation.
Transfer Policy
If unable to proceed with a scheduled course, the user may be offered an
opportunity to transfer enrollment to another
batch or program without additional charge, provided such a request is
made before course commencement.
Policy Modifications
This Policy is subject to modification at any time without prior notice.
The updated version will be posted on our
website and will supersede any previous version. It is your
responsibility to periodically review this page.

Governing Law
This policy and all transactions are governed by the federal laws of the
United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be
resolved under the jurisdiction of Dubai’s civil courts.
Acknowledgment of Policy
All users are required to acknowledge acceptance of this policy before
completing any transaction. This acknowledgment
is documented electronically at the time of purchase.
Force Majeure
Sarmat shall not be held liable for refunds in cases where service
delivery is impacted by factors beyond our control,
including natural disasters, pandemics, or other
government-imposed restrictions.
Payment Plan Refunds
If you enrolled via a payment plan, the following applies:
Only the first installment is refundable within 24 hours under
standard terms.
Subsequent installments are non-refundable once the course has
started or service initiated.
Failure to complete payment obligations does not entitle the user to
any services or partial refunds.
Digital Product Refunds
Digital goods including e-books, software access, learning modules, or
streaming content are non-refundable once
accessed, downloaded, or delivered.
Physical Product Returns and Refunds
Where applicable, returns for physical goods must be made within 7
calendar days of receipt. Products must be unopened,
unused, and in original packaging. Return shipping charges are the
responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be
issued post-inspection, minus any restocking fee.
Service-Based Refunds
Refunds for professional services (e.g., consultation, training,
mentorship) will only be issued if the service was not
initiated. Any session delivered partially or fully renders the refund
void.
Paid consultations carry a goodwill credit: the fee paid for a consultation
is credited in full toward any Sarmat service you book with us within 30 days
of the session. The credit is applied as a deduction on the service invoice,
is not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined across multiple
consultations.
Membership Refunds
Monthly or annual membership fees are non-refundable once charged.
Cancellation of renewal must be done prior to the
next billing cycle.
Event Refunds
Refunds for events or workshops will be granted only if cancellation is
made at least 10 working days prior to the event
date. No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
Third-Party Fees
No refunds will be issued for third-party fees, platform charges, or
commissions. These are outside our control and are
final.
Legal Disclaimer
Sarmat reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Policy at
any time. No prior notice is required. Users
agree to these terms as a condition of service.
