Around AED 800 buys a recorded webinar with a certificate issued automatically at the end. You will learn the vocabulary — what a labour card is, what an entry permit is for — and you will finish without having submitted anything on a live portal.
What that tier leaves out is specific: time inside the live portals, a named instructor with their own processing record, anyone to call when your first real application bounces back, and, most often, a certificate with nothing verifiable printed on it.
Roughly AED 2,000 to AED 4,000 is the live-classroom band. At this level you should expect a permitted course title and printed hours on the certificate, and time spent inside the actual Amer, Tasheel, GDRFA, ICP and MOHRE workflows rather than screenshots of them.
AED 5,000 to AED 8,000 buys an accredited academy package: a longer calendar, more modules, more sessions bundled in. If you want breadth across adjacent subjects that can be worth the money; if what you need is competence at the counter, you are mostly buying schedule length, and from Sharjah every extra session day is another crossing.

Sharjah to Deira is a short crossing on the map and a longer one at seven in the morning, so do the checks before you book anything. All of them can be done from your desk.
Ask for a sample certificate before you pay, not after. The check that matters is the KHDA QR attestation block, issued under Law No. 30 of 2006: scanning it confirms with the authority which institute issued the certificate and under which registered course title.
Read the registered course title and the printed hours on the same blank. Ours is registered as “Training in skills for Public Relations Officer (PRO)”, 15 hours, and sold as the Certified PRO Officer Program, so ask each provider on your list for both names and treat a mismatch with your invoice as a question worth pressing.
Do not let anyone sell you on certificate wording. Every KHDA training certificate states that it certifies attendance or participation and is not a vocational or academic qualification, because that line belongs to the whole category rather than to any one provider.
Be clear about what the certificate is. KHDA is Dubai’s regulator, so this is a Dubai training permit and not a Sharjah credential, and no emirate requires any certificate to do PRO work at all — the QR block is what turns a line on your CV into something a hiring manager can check without taking your word for it.
Then ask about timing, because for a Sharjah commuter the schedule decides the real cost of the course. Weekend sessions and live evening sessions both run, and a weekend batch takes the peak-hour crossing out of the equation entirely.
If you would rather not cross at all, every cohort carries a limited number of live online seats, capped separately from the seats in the room, so ask which of the two still has space before you book.

Three honest exclusions, said now rather than after the transfer clears.
If your files run entirely through Sharjah’s own municipal channels, the fit is partial. The curriculum covers the federal systems that apply in every emirate, MOHRE and ICP, plus Dubai’s channels: Amer, Tasheel, GDRFA and DET. Sharjah’s municipal channels are not in it.
That matters less than it sounds for a large share of Sharjah residents, because the home is in Sharjah while the employer is in Dubai. If the files that land on your desk are Dubai files, the Dubai half of this course is the half you will use daily; if they are not, budget separately for learning your own emirate’s channels.
If the requirement is cheapest, we are not it. AED 2,890 sits well above the webinar tier, and if a certificate for the file is all you actually need, that tier exists and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
If you want a guaranteed job, there is no job board here, no placement network and no employer introductions. Of the eight graduate outcomes we document, one describes job opportunities arriving; the other seven widened a role someone already held, extended a business they already ran, or started them selling services of their own.

UAE Labour Law is not part of this course either. It is a separate one-day KHDA course, AED 600 inside the bundle instead of AED 999 standalone, and you finish with two certificates rather than one.
